Methodology
Twenty years ago we used "Yourdon Structured Analysis & Design" combined with traditional waterfall management techniques to manage the SDLC effort.  Today, we use "Object Oriented Analysis & Design" combined with the flexible techniques found in "Agile" (iterative development techniques) to manage the SDLC effort.  At Vertical Works, we believe that Agile techniques and iterative development yield the best project success rates while also producing the best product.

The three main techniques used by Vertical Works are: * Test Driven Development * Feature Driven Development * SCRUM "Design Patterns" also play a critical role in the design and development of quality product.  Vertical Works has a library of prebuilt design patterns that can be applied to any .NET situation.
