Juried Exhibitions       

 

October 29-January, 26, 2010 US District Courthouse juried exhibit, Greenbelt, Maryland, three large hand-painted silk panels chosen for exhibit. Painting "November Woods" Honorable Mention Award.   

           

January–February 2007, Mill Pond House Gallery, St. James, NY “Works in Fiber” silk painting exhibited

                         

January 3–Summer 2006, silk painting “Peace and Serenity” chosen for   “Emerging Visions on Silk” exhibit and silk banner “Trumpet of Paradise” awarded to be in “Silk and the Bible” exhibit at Dennis & Philip Ratner Museum, Bethesda, Maryland.

 

July 10-August 14, 2005, Long Island Artists Exhibit at Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery, Deer Park Rd, Dix Hills, NY- Silk Painting “Kayaking Long Island Waters” exhibited

 

October 18-December 1, 2004 “The Sensual Beauty of Silk Art Exhibit” at University of Maryland, College Park, MD. Two silk hand-painted wall hangings exhibited.

 

May 17-June 22, 2003, Long Island 48th Artists Exhibition at the Heckscher Museum of Art, Huntington, NY “Table Set For One” silk painting- Honorable Mention Award. Painting featured in New York Times June 15, 2003.

Two silk paintings selected to be in the Silk Painters Exhibition.

April 15-May 5, 2003, Nassau County Museum of Art, Roslyn, NY. Two painted horses in “A Horse of a Different Color” public art exhibition.
