Yea, yea, yea. Who talks like that? I know, OLD PEOPLE. Well, there you have
it. Oh my gosh! I'm an old person and feeling younger all the time.
I started back on my morning exercises. Walked four miles and did forty sit ups. A few
months back,I was up to 120 sit ups, so it will take me a few days to get back there. Oh my gosh, NO, I'm not bragging,
just making the point that I'm feeling younger all the time.
Oh my gosh, can't beleive it's been over a week since I returned from Alaska. I met Sarah,
the Three Bears, and a host of other fine Native Alaskans, including a few Salmons. Oh my gosh, NO, I only saw where
Sarah lives as Governor. Looked through binoculars to see if she was out on the front lawn, but didn't see her.
Oh my gosh. I remember when we were not supposed to say "gosh" because it was really a
substitute for "God." Does anyone else remember that? Oh God, help me!
So, I cannot think of a single social issue to discuss here today, and I know there are lots
of them out there perhaps worth discussing, like Oh gosh, what killed poor Michael Jackson? Or now that preseason football
has started, who is your favorite team and is Michael Vic playing for anyone? Oh Gosh, who cares?
Well, I did relax while on the sea and perhaps I am still relaxed a little over a week later.

THIS IS BIRTHDAY WEEK. My good OLD friend, Maynard is 92 today. I do not
know how old my friend Glenn is, except that we have our birthdays on the same day, August 21. Another good friend that
I have lost contact with is Ken, and he too celebrates B day on the 21st. And someone who supported me healing those
OLD wounds we carry around with us also celebrates her B day on August 21. That's Melody and she is off into the wild
blue yonder somewhere and I hope she is well.
Oh Gosh, yes, August 21. I will be 60 something. It is the number just before FIVE!!
I will be posting some pictures here in the next couple of days of some of the birthday celebrants
and perhaps some pictures from ALASKA.
