started in 1982. I am licensed by the State of California as a Marriage Family Therapist.
My continuing goal has been to provide clients with the highest professional level of mental health services.
I am a clinical member of the California Association of Marriage Family Therapists. http://www.camft.org
The practice is a
solo practice, which means there are no other therapists practicing at this location. In addition to my work as a marriage family therapist, I am also an author and a composer.
FEES On the average, cash paying clients pay $95.00 per
session. I gladly adjust fees so that your participation in therapy will fit into your budget. The maximum
customary fee is $150.00 per session. If you have insurance coverage, the insurance company sets your fee and copay.
INSURANCE I am a preferred provider for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Health Net, Managed Health Network, San Bernardino Medical
Group, and Pru-Net. If I am not a preferred provider for your insurance company, but your insurance company has a
reimbursement schedule for out-of-network providers, I am happy to bill and work with your insurance company so
you can receive the maximum benefits of your individual plan.
OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT I gladly take cash or
check for payment as well as VISA and MASTERCARD
PRO BONO FEES For low-income clients who are
residents of Yucaipa, I am committed to reserving two time slots in my weekly schedule with fees between
$10.00 and $25.00.

am happy to work out payment plans when necessary.

PARENTING CLASSES/FOSTER PARENT TRAINING
Foster Parent Training Classes begin on January 2007 and run through mid-June 2007.
The classes are presented at San Bernardino Valley College. There is no fee. Call 909-384-4457 or visit the website.
