FEES There is a sliding scale which runs from $150.00
to $95.00. I simply ask prospective clients to tell me where they fit on that scale. Folks seem to know.
However, never NOT ASK for what you need. I am very open to negotiating so you can have the professional services
you are wanting. Talk to me before you decide that you cannot afford my services.
INSURANCE If you have insurance coverage, the insurance company sets your fee and copay.
I am a preferred provider for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Health Net, Managed Health Network, San Bernardino
Medical Group, and Pru-Net. If I am not a preferred provider for your insurance company, but your insurance company
has a reimbursement schedule for out-of-network providers, I am happy to bill and work with your insurance company so
you can receive the maximum benefits of your individual plan.
OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT I gladly take cash or
check for payment as well as VISA and MASTERCARD
PRO BONO FEES For low-income clients who are
residents of Yucaipa, I am committed to reserving two time slots in my weekly schedule with fees between
$10.00 and $25.00.
