Victor Valley Bicycle Club is groups of individuals who enjoy touring, commuting, racing, and recreational cycling in and around the local area. Our aim is to promote cycling in all its forms throughout our community for fitness, friendly competition, and most of all fun! From the deserts, to the mountains, to the oceans, the VVBC provides awesome cycling adventures, challenges, beautiful scenery, great memories, and fun for each of us!!
Saturdays - 8:00AM - Lowes Parking Lot (NE corner) - 14333 Bear Valley Rd, Victorville
Sundays - 8:00AM - Valero Gas Station - Corner of Hwy 18/AV Rd, Apple Valley (please do not park in front of laundromat)
(All rides leave promptly at posted start times. Please arrive early enough so you are ready to roll. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Victor Valley Bicycle Club each rider must read and sign the VVBC Accident Waiver and Release of Liability. Thank You.)

For cold therapy on a sore knee or muscle, freeze one part rubbing alcohol with two parts water in a large, strong zip-lock bag. The consistency is slightly slushy, which makes it easy to place around joints. It's very cold, so put a towel over your skin before applying the bag. It can be used over and over.
