About Us
ByerSource is woman owned business with over 30 years experience in electromechanical disciplines and product development.
Our one stop shop philosophy allows us to play an integral part in the design and fabrication of components from pilot
to production life cycles. In addition we bundled some of our services which take it one step further in brand
identification. Custom kitting and packaging options are available.
Our specialties included, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), metal and aluminum fabrication, rapid prototyping, electromechanical
sourcing of components, identification needs, and project management.

Ideal Jacobs Corporation is a full service printing company, offering high quality solutions that satisfy the most demanding industry requirements.
We specialize in custom designed, screen printed labels, on UL and CSA approved plastic materials, die cut to high tolerances, with a variety of approved adhesive solutions available. We also
offer complete art and design services. In addition, we have opened Ideal Jacobs Xiamen Corporation in Xiamen China with similar printing capabilities but can also offer a new technology that enables us to convert metal parts
like filler panels, drawers and assemblies to injection molded polycarbonate. We use a new patent-pending EMI shielding and
gasket system that enables us to produce the parts in a less expensive manner. We normally do not charge for the molds or
any other set-ups as long as the yearly usage is over 1,000 pieces. |

a fast turn around of your product while still maintaining a high quality standard at an economic price. Moran Machine Shop
specializes in prototyping and exotic materials such as Torlon, Teflon, and Vespel. We welcome small or large production volumes. | |

President and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Laramee is responsible
for driving all of ByerSource global sourcing and business strategy.
Prior to becoming the founder of ByerSource, Ms. Laramee
has served the last twenty years leading many original equipment manufacturers in design, manufacturing, product management,
project management, and sales. Companies served, Motorola, Duracell, Pentair, and Tyco Electronics.
Ms. Laramee holds a Masters of Business Administration
from the Lesley University of Massachusetts.
