I've devoted this web site to the complete restoration of my 1928 Model-A Fordor Leatherback. This is my first restoration, and I wanted to share the entire process with others in hope of giving them encouragement to continue on with their restoration.

One of the first things a beginning Model-A'er should do is to join a club. This will provide many benefits. Participating in club activities will help make your project fun and interesting. I am a member of the local George Washington Chapter - Model-A Ford Club of America (GWC-MAFCA) and the national Model-A Ford Club of America (MAFCA).
You are welcome to browse and use any information that this site offers. One interesting area is the
Restoration progress pages. This page contains the step by step process, with pictures, in which I restore the car. Hopefully it can be used as a tool or information aid to other Model-A owners.

I welcome any suggestions from the beginner, like myself, to the more experienced model-a restorer. I will reply to any comments, suggestions or email and hopefully share these with all users of this site.

Thanks and enjoy the site!
