I hired Mike to play music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. I really wanted a live
jazz trio, specifically with a saxophonist to play for the ceremony. Mike plays the bass guitar but works with different jazz
musicians in the area. I first contacted Mike about 6 weeks before our wedding to see if he was available. He was on his way
to play at an event, but was very nice to take the time to speak with me and get the details about what I was looking for.
He called a few days later to confirm that he was available. My fiance and I went to hear Mike play live and we loved him!
The music sounded so great! He is awesome and just plays well to the crowd. Mike plays all types of music styles but we wanted
R&B/contemporary jazz songs. Mike is an outstanding bass player and did a great job with the ceremony music! The keyboardist
and saxophonist were also very talented! The trio played music as guests arrived, during the processional/recessional, and
cocktail hour. My guests loved the trio and they really enjoyed the live music! Mike took care of getting the other 2 musicians,
and even helped me with selecting the processional songs. He would send me song clips and email me suggestions before I finally
chose the song I walked down the aisle to. Not only is Mike a talented musician, he has a great personality and is fun to
be around! He and the other guys arrived on time and were very professional. He was great about communicating with me by phone
and emails and was very reliable. Hiring Mike was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding and I would definitely
recommend him if you are looking for great live music!
