On this site are the details of our custom home that we are selling but before you start, if you don't know anything about Wrentham MA, here are some personal observances after living here for 26 years.

The town is a really beautiful and historical N.E. town.

Home to King Philip, native American not English aristocracy. Home to Helen Keller.

Wrentham is halfway between Boston and Providence and is essentially at the crossroads of Routes 495/95/1.  You are on the highway from here in seconds.

All the schools are new in town...as is the Police/Fire stations and the town library so huge new tax jumps should not be an issue.

Crime:  If you want to feel safe, Wrentham is at the top of the list.

You will not regret moving to Wrentham. You will also not regret buying this home. It is awesome and we will miss it terribly.

26 wonderful yrs in our home and now it's time to downsize and retire to our beach home. This custom home has room for anything you want to do. It is definitely not a McMansion. The floor plan is multifunctional. You can have the choice of two master bedrooms as well as two family rooms depending upon your preference. Custom cabs in the 500sqft kitchen that is covered with beautiful 3/4" rustic maple flooring.

Current master bedroom (24'x14')with fireplace is on first floor with beautiful jacuzzi bath that features real 3/4 " maple floors. Just finished mahogany deck off master bedroom.

Family room is 24'x16' with half cathedral and 1/2 loft above, it has two sky lights, atrium door and three huge circle head windows looking out upon the incredibly private backyard. All windows in the house are Anderson as are the two patio and master deck doors.

Two staircases, one off the family room to the loft, office, exercise room and game room and the other off the kitchen to the two great sized kids bedrooms and bath.

Three full baths, mudroom, laundry room. The gameroom/mancave is 36'x17' over the attached garage with pull down staircase to huge attic storage area. This game room has built ins for home theater, wiring all in place and a beautiful 8' pool table (I could be negotiated with regarding leaving it behind). Recessed lighting throughout the home. Casablanca ceiling fans throughout. Spot lights front and back. Another custom deck runs 64' across the back of the main section of the house. This deck is covered in Trex and is custom framed in post and beam fashion. The deck of course looks out over the 18x36 in ground pool that is surrounded by a beautiful stamped concrete patio and mature flowering fruit trees. We have a 400 sqft out building (originally a horse stable) that houses the pool filter and just about any recreational toys you may have or plan to. The walkout basement is an enormous at 1700sqft. Roughly 1100sqft of the basement is framed for two+ additional rooms, kitchen and bath. Rough wiring is in. It is roughed plumbed for a bath, kitchen and heat for an in law or party place (sewage ejector already in place). The walkout basement has a new Anderson slider and second door to back yd. The home will be 5000sq. ft upon completion of lower level.

Recently updated furnace. This furnace is a seven segment Weil McLean and can heat a massive amount of area and water. It was just a couple grand more for this so why not. The house has 5 active heat zones so you can really control your output. There is a 6th zone already in place for the basement project and room already setup for a seventh zone if you want to heat the pool or garage (garage fully insulated and plastered). The house is wired for a generator that will power the family room, kitchen and furnace during an outage.

36X26 attached garage w/ 18" steel I beam so this means no columns (no scratched car doors either).  10' garage doors (really hard to lose your mirrors with these extra large automatic doors). Garage can store at least three cars, two motorcycles, two dirt bikes and still have room for the trash and bikes. It also has a 20 foot long workbench.

The almost two acre lot is beautifully landscaped (80000+sqft) and provides for a very attractive front yard, a beautiful large backyard for football, lacrosse, freezbie or whiffle ball (irrigation system)and then a very large flat treed field tiered just a few feet down from the back yd. Awesome views of the rising sun and moon over the distant hill side from the large rear facing windows and deck. Southerly exposure in the back of the house makes this a beautiful bright home. Almost every room in the house is front to back and allows for wonderful breezes throughout. The back of the property abutts conservation land (Warner trail). This back yard is incredibly private. Just 1/2 mile from route one and you are off to work on 495 or 95 in no time flat. Close to town. You won't have to drive 30 minutes to West Wrentham if you forget the kid's baseball glove or homework.

So let's work together and get you into a really wonderful home and get us on the road to retirement. This place is a dream come true for a growing family or someone that needs a lot of space and privacy.

Thanks so much for looking!
