Over 18 seasons, I enjoyed wide-ranging responsibilities at Lincoln Center Theater. As LCT's Director of Marketing, I developed and supervised their audience outreach initiatives, including the Theatre's popular Membership program, which is a model for arts companies around the world.

I oversaw the Theater's distinctive advertising & direct mail campaigns, telemarketing, market research, merchandising, corporate communications, and customer service. I also wrote, edited and/or designed a plethora of brochures, invitations, souvenir programs, annual reports, broadcast & print ads, website content, video tributes, album liner notes, specialty lyrics, and more.

In addition, I was actively involved in long-range planning, fundraising, and financial management, and worked closely with LCT's Board and its various committees.

As LCT's Director of Special Projects, I scouted and nurtured new plays and musicals, and I produced a series of readings and workshops. I also coordinated 14 original cast recordings for the Theater, produced the entertainment for LCT's annual Board dinners and Gala fundraisers, and initiated the Theatre's education program -- including a popular meet-the-artist series called Platforms, which I produced and moderated.
