Whitney Hess- Every band needs a musical director, someone with years of experience playing professionally
with a wide range of rock, jazz, blues, swing, classical, and even Broadway stars. Since
we couldn’t find one, we have Whitney. Whitney handles lead vocals, lead
and rhythm guitar, and is a featured soloist on the saxophone. And yes, he does
bring many years of experience to the band. Whitney also currently plays with
Big Planet Soul.

Vicki Hess- The boys in the band call her ‘The Diva’. Not because of her attitude, but because she is blessed with a wonderful voice. Strong, pure, smooth, and saucy are words that come to mind. That describes both Vicki and her voice! As wife to
Whitney, mother to Willow and Xander, and lone female in the band, she has her hands full.

Monty Vickers- Monty plays a stable of guitars, sings, plays harmonica,
wears a bewildering array of hats, and keeps the audience anticipating his next moshpit dive.
He is “Mr. Entertainment”! Both the crowd and the band
have to be on their toes when Monty is in the house.

B. J. Nibert- B.J. and Monty form the ‘pair-a-docs’ paradox for the band. 25 years after meeting in Philadelphia they said, “Hey, let’s re-live the dream of our teenage
years and play in a rock band!” So, B.J. is back, playing keyboards and
styling in his omnipresent doo-rag.

Chuck Peterson- Chuck and Whitney have been friends since childhood. Now you know why we let him in the band! Chuck
brings a smooth sound and innate feel to the bottom line for the band. His past
experience ranges form formal music in school to various jazz and rock bands. When
not playing with the band, Chuck likes long bike rides in the mountains, inexpensive malt beverages, and girls over the age
of 18.

Bill Glover-
Bill is often 'billed' as our special guest artist. He's played with us so often, we're rewarding/punishing him by including
him as a member! Filling in on guitar or bass, Bill is always a welcome addition. And with his gift of pitch,
Vicki loves having her "harmony twin" on stage.

Dr. Leonard Fichter – Surgeon by day,
rock god at night, “Otto” does not get to join up with the band very often due to his intensive day job.
But when he gets a chance to let his hair down he does just that!!! Whether he’s singing one of his tasteful
originals or jamming along to a rock classic on his P.R.S. every Lost Cause show with Dr. Fichter is guaranteed to be a memorable
one.
David Mayse- David was our original full-time drummer for 8 years. He brought excellent percussion
experience and a natural knack for knowing where the rhythm needs to go. While
quiet by nature, he speaks loudly with his sticks! David retired from the back in 2009.
We wish him great happiness and look forward to his return as a special guest in the future.
