Why Improvements?
One of the special things at Retama Village are the coach houses. Each of the Phase 1 RV lots come with a 12x20 unfinished
shed. The exterior is covered by CCR's, but the inside is yours to do with as you please. Some have turned it into sitting
rooms, others have made it a motorcycle garage. I'll turn ours into a two person spa.

Framing
The first task is framing. I'll put in a full double step box tray ceiling, a curved seperation wall, and a separate
bathroom.

Plumbing Etc.
Plumbing has been roughed in with PEX. A 150amp electrical panel was installed to support the on-demand water heater
for the hot tub. There are elcetrical sockets on the outside of the building, and it was pre-wired for cable TV, washer dryer
hookups, and a fridge, should there ever be a need for any of them.
Tub Area
In the screen porch in the front, I have installed a 2-person whirlpool tub. Perfect for a water massage after a long
bicycle ride. It has a stone apron and is about 50% complete.

The tub area will have an indoor tropical garden behind and beside the tub, a built-in bench in the corner, and be covered
in natural stone veneer.
Relaxation Room
In the space behind the tub area, there is a relaxaion space. It will feature sconce lighting, a full height wall fountain,
and inlaid stone tile flooring. This is where the work will start in October 2009.

One of the key features of the whole project is the arched opening in the curved wall. All of the sub-structure for this
has been completed. Next up is to laminate stoneboard to the substructure, then cover it in stone veneer.
