There are no utilities in the boonies. We will install a well, a 120 gallon pressure tank, and pump system in the utility barn. The water inlet and outlet are set 60" deep entering the barn so that if necessary, they can be enclosed in the barn, heated and used year round.

 

The well head will be just below the barn structure.

 

The water system will have to wait until the sewer and electrical systems are in. They won't be done until the road bed and retention wall are completed.
