Fundraising............
The
Niagara Experience Players (NEP) is a nonprofit organization whose financial existence is dependent on various
fundraising activities. Each show incurs numerous production costs: music, costumes, props, sets, equipment and staff
cost. Also there are overhead costs such as insurance for the equipment, cast and vehicles; maintenance and registration
of vehicles and equipment; copying costs, advertising and office supplies. Every effort is made to keep these overhead costs
to a minimum.
Every cast member is required to participate in NEP's fundraising activities. The fundraisers for each year will be discussed
at the first couple of rehearsal
Some fundraising programs from the past: basket auction
(every other year) daily lottery, candy sales, Avon, Advertising in the Program/Ad book. So to become a Business
