Fundraising............

The Niagara Experience Players (NEP) is a nonprofit organization whose financial existence is dependent on various fundraising activities. Each show incurs numerous production costs: music, costumes, props, sets, equipment and staff cost. Also there are overhead costs such as insurance for the equipment, cast and vehicles; maintenance and registration of vehicles and equipment; copying costs, advertising and office supplies. Every effort is made to keep these overhead costs to a minimum.

Every cast member is required to participate in NEP's fundraising activities. The fundraisers for each year will be discussed at the first couple of rehearsal

Some fundraising programs from the past: basket auction (every other year) daily lottery, candy sales, Avon, Advertising in the Program/Ad book. So to become a Business Patron in our program / Ad book, or for more information e-mail dranoel561@yahoo.com

On behalf of the Niagara Experience Players Board of Directors, the Artistic Directors and Volunteer staff we welcome you as a returning or new cast member of the Niagara Experience Players. Our winter and summer productions provide area youth with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the basics of musical theater while providing first class entertainment throughout the Western New York region.

N.E.P. has a 30+ year tradition of being one of the top youth entertainment groups in the Buffalo-Niagara region. We have every confidence that the cast member will exhibit the commitment, hard work and individual discipline required to maintain this tradition while having some laughs and fun at the same time

Due to the quantity of time spent together, the cast becomes like family and as like a "family" NEP cast members are expected to help each other and support each other. Everyone is a star and stars will do what they do best, SHINE! For our family to grow and shine certain rules and guidelines are provided to make the NEP experience a fun, safe and productive time. This web site will provide most of the information needed and expectations of each cast member.

What We Do...

NEP offers two completely different and unique musical revues each year. A summer production and a winter production. The summer production is a touring show with preformances all over western NY. Our programs emphasize vocal harmony and dance choreography. Each production is complete with sets, props, and costuming.
