PROBLEMS IN THIS TEXT
My OCR program does not recognize the Greek and French citations that are included in this book. Therefore, the 35 Greek citations are entirely left out with a (Greek omitted) note, while the French citations are retained in an imperfect state. Latin citations are less flawed but may also be imperfect because, I am unable to read the text. As time goes on we are attempting to refine the English text.

If any serious individual desires to take part in this project and is able to make the needed corrections to the Greek and / or French we can provide two CDs with large "tif." images of each page and we will also include our most resent text version to which corrections can be made.

Finally, many citations such as those by John Knox are cited with the original old English spelling and will seem quite unusual for the modern reader.
