Services in the home

 

Chore Service (Household Chores)

  • Non-Medical chores to help continue independent living, such as vacuuming, cleaning, shoveling snow, heavy yard work, changing storm windows, minor home repairs, etc.

Home Care

  • Non-Medical services to help maintain ability to live independently, such as shopping, planning meals, preparing meals, delivering meals, laundry,  vacuuming, dusting, dishwashing, changing beds, cleaning kitchen and baths.

Personal Care

  • Non-Medical services to help with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, bedpan routines, foot care, dressing, denture care, shaving, grooming, assistance eating, and assistance moving around the house and getting in and out of bed or wheelchair.

 Home Health Care

  • Skilled medical and other services, including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, home health aide services, supplied by certified home health agencies and other professionals to help individuals remain at home.
