Our goal is to sustain our community and provide exceptional dining by using locally grown organic vegetables, non-gmo
meats and free-range eggs. We serve delicious FairTrade organic coffee, and bake with organic dairy, flour
and sugar.

Individually prepared Italian Sodas are one of our specialty beverages.
On Sundays we present a brunch menu including
special weekly features as well as individual omelettes and french toast with sides of locally produced sausages, ham,
polenta or home fries.
