Former S.A.N.E. Member Calls Out Mase on Diss Track

Former S.A.N.E. Member Calls Out Mase on Diss Track

Legacy The Jesus has decided it’s time for the world to hear his story. A former member of Atlanta, GA's S.A.N.E Ministries, Legacy The Jesus is calling out Pastor Mason Betha on a new diss track titled, “Eviction.” for his fishy motives towards the congregation.

Legacy, who served as a S.A.N.E. member for three years became consistently frustrated with the actions of Mr. Betha due to his inept ability to fulfill specific responsibilities to the church. After being denied several meetings with Mase, Legacy parted ways with S.A.N.E.

But it wasn’t just the denied meetings that drove Legacy away from Mase and S.A.N.E., shady behind the scenes dealings also played a major part in his decision to leave. “Here’s how we’re going to gauge if I’m telling the truth," Legacy told BET.com. "If you ask Mase questions and he don’t respond, he’s hiding something."

Legacy explained Mase’s usage of S.A.N.E’s funds were handled incorrectly, citing the congregation was mislead. Over the course of Legacy’s tenure at S.A.N.E., promises were made to the congregation, but never fulfilled. It came to the point where members of S.A.N.E. were fighting over who could give the most to the Pastor.

Legacy, however, claims his current actions are far from a cry for attention. Instead, he is secure enough to fight this battle alone stating Mase owes the people of S.A.N.E. an apology for his consistent wrongdoings. “Mase owes those people an apology,” Legacy affirmed. “If he don’t apologize, anything he put out, I’m on his neck. I’ma put the pressure on him and squeeze him to the point where he realizes he owe people an apology.”

“Treat people better man," he continued. "Don’t do that, don’t pick and choose. God didn’t do that. I’m on his neck. Quote me. He’s got to have a response record or he gotta come out and apologize or anything he put out I’m on his neck.”

50 Cent Claims King of New York, Says Jay-Z’s "Beyoncé’s Husband"
50 Cent Claims King of New York, Says Jay-Z’s "Beyoncé’s Husband"

50 Cent doesn’t make empty boasts. When the Queens rapper proclaimed, “I Run New York” on “I Get Money off his third LP, "Curtis," he meant it wholeheartedly.

Still, the general consensus is that Jay-Z rules the big apple. But, to let 50 tell it, there’s only one king and he’s not from Marcy. During an upcoming episode of "Food for Thought: Conversations with 50 Cent,” the media assassin, Harry Allen simply asked, “Why is Jay-Z widely considered king of New York, and not you?”

“There's not another artist in New York City that generates more interest than 50 Cent,” Fif told Allen. “If we go international, Jay-Z is Beyoncé's husband. He became more popular and relevant based on the work that Matthew [Knowles] made Beyoncé do.”

In addition to Allen, the episode also features Hot 97 radio personality Angie Martinez and sports journalist Stephen A. Smith holding conversations with Fif on a wide range of topics, including his epic SoundScan showdown with Kanye West, what he learned in his relationship with Vivica A. Fox, his new CD, "Before I Self Destruct" and his income drop according to Forbes Magazine. Serving as interviewers, Allen, Martinez and Smith also held conversations with Jay-Z for the series’ premiere back in September.

In related news, 50 is set to co-host 106 & Park with Rocsi for a three-day run starting this Thursday (November 19). He'll then return the following Monday (November 23) and Tuesday (November 24).

Janet Jackson Says Doctor Killed Michael

Janet Jackson Says Doctor Killed Michael

In an interview with Robin Roberts on ABC airing this Wednesday (November 18), Janet Jackson shares her thoughts on who she believes to be responsible for her brother's death.

"He [Dr. Murray] was the one that was administering [Propofol]... I think he is responsible," she confesses during the interview. Janet also claims that Murray should no longer be allowed to practice medicine. The doctor, who will reportedly be in court today for not paying child support in California, admitted to administering Propofol to Michael Jackson, but claims he didn't kill the King of Pop.

The younger Jackson sibling also recounts learning of her brother's death during her conversation with Roberts. "I was at my house in New York. You know, another day, another morning... And I get a call... [my assistant] said, 'Your brother's been taken to the hospital. It's on CNN right now. I called everyone's phone. There's a line busy or –someone wasn't picking up. I spoke to my mother. I spoke to Tito. I spoke to my nephew, Austin. I spoke to my sister LaToya."

"I told them to call me when they got to the hospital,” she continued. “And I remember thinking nobody's calling me back, so I tried calling again, and that's how I found out that he was no longer ...I couldn't believe it."

Nearly five months after the tragedy, Janet is still struggling to come to terms with his passing.

"It just didn't ring true to me,” she tells Roberts. “It felt like a dream. It's still so difficult for me to believe. It's, you know, you have to accept what it is, but it's hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that."

As previously reported, MJ died of cardiac arrest June 25th. Since then, many including Janet, have speculated that Dr. Murray, Michael's personal doctor, may have had something to do with his death.

Janet Jackson appears on “In the Spotlight With Robin Roberts" November 18 at 10PM EST on ABC.

50 Cent Casts Vivica Fox In New Video

50 Cent Casts Vivica Fox In New Video

50 Cent and Vivica Fox have reunited for 50’s next video.

During a promotional stop for his new album Before I Self Destruct, 50 Cent stopped by The Box 97.9 in Houston to talk about the long-standing relationship rumors between himself and R&B singer Ciara, suggesting that he’s even purchased a car for her.

“What you think is ‘tricking off dough’ is a great example to women why they should be excited about me,” 50 joked to the morning crew. “He thinks I’m tricking, I think I’m stunting.”

50 linked up with Ciara for the song “Can't Leave 'em Alone” from Ciara’s second album Ciara: The Evolution, and had former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland appear in the video for his Ne-Yo-featured single, “Baby By Me.”

“Wait until you see my next video,” 50 said to the morning crew. “I wonder what people are going to say when they see Vivica Fox.”

While 50 did admit that the two were friends again, he would not disclose on whether the two of them were in a relationship again.

“We had a really good relationship for a short period,” 50 said. “We just weren’t ready for it. I wasn’t ready for it.”

50 Cent dated actress Vivica Fox in the summer of 2003, but announced their split on The Howard Stern Show  a few months later.

Foxy Brown Reignites Lil' Kim Feud
Foxy Brown Reignites Lil' Kim Feud

Foxy Brown has just reignited her beef with fellow rapstress Lil’ Kim, firing a few subliminal shots at her in a new song.

In the song “Off The Muscle,” Foxy makes light of Kim competing on the hit television series Dancing With The Stars, rhyming, “Catch me at Marcy at the mall, but [expletive] will never see me 'Dancin' With The Stars'/Never, will I embarrass my borough, I'm too thorough.” Kim competed on the show and consistently received high scores before ultimately being eliminated during the show’s ninth week.

In 2005, Kim was convicted of three counts of conspiracy and one count of perjury for lying to a Federal grand jury about her friends' involvement in a 2001 shooting outside the Hot 97 studios in Manhattan, which allegedly involved affiliates of rap group Capone-N-Noreaga, who had recently recorded “Bang Bang” featuring Foxy Brown.

After serving approximately 10 months behind bars, Kim was released in July 2006, eventually making the appearance on Dancing With The Stars earlier this year.

Chris Brown Team Calls Out Rihanna
Chris Brown Team Calls Out Rihanna

As new preview clips of Rihanna’s 20/20 interview surfaced, affiliates of her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have taken to Twitter in his defense.

As previously reported, Rihanna spoke to Diane Sawyer about the challenges of leaving an abusive relationship and being ashamed of falling in love. While Brown has made the media rounds, the 20/20 interview marked the first time RiRi addressed being assaulted by Brown on the eve of the Grammys.

“I caught him in a lie and he wouldn't tell the truth, so I wouldn't drop it,” she told Sawyer in a clip that aired on Good Morning America. “I couldn't take that he kept lying to me and he couldn't take that I wouldn't drop it because obviously his back was against the wall; the truth was right here in the text message. So, it accelerated towards him being violent towards me and it was ugly.

“It wasn’t the same person that says I love you,” she continued. “It was not those… eyes. He had … no soul in his eyes. Just blank. He was clearly blacked out. There was no person when I looked at him.”

The February 2009 assault left the 21-year-old Rihanna battered and bruised, and Brown was eventually sentenced to five years of probation, community labor, and one year of domestic-violence counseling.

After the preview debuted, some members from Brown’s camp took to Twitter in the embattled singer’s defense.

“I wish dancers can speak about things that really go on! Let me just say, Chris Brown was pushed to the extreme!” tweeted one of Brown’s dancers.

“Awwww man I am Mad!!!! Truth will come to Light !!! It always does!!!!” said another.

Rihanna’s interview with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 premieres tonight (November 6). Her album, Rated R, hits stores November 23rd.

Nas and Kelis Divorce Battle Continues
Nas and Kelis Divorce Battle Continues

The bitter divorce proceeding between Nas and Kelis continues to escalate, as now the rapper is attempting to prevent his ex-wife from getting the support she is asking for.

In papers filed by his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, Nas is asking the judge in his divorce case to block Kelis from getting spousal support. Nas is also asking for joint custody of their two-month-old son, Knight, as well.

Kelis is now asking for approximately $72,728 per month, nearly $20,000 more than the $55,000 per month that a New York judge ordered Nas to pay in July.

Rihanna To Break Silence

Rihanna To Break Silence

After keeping quiet for months, Rihanna is finally scheduled to address the incident with former boyfriend Chris Brown when she appears on ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Thursday (November 5th).

As previously reported, Brown was charged with felony battery assault after hitting Rihanna the night before the Grammy Awards. According to Access Hollywood, RiRi will sit down with the show’s host Diane Sawyer. An extended version of the interview will also appear on “20/20” the following day. The network launched a promotional run in support of the anticipated interview this past weekend.

Meanwhile, Brown spoke on the incident on Larry King Live and more recently on Hot 97 during an interview with Angie Martinez.

“Feelings are feelings and they don’t go away overnight,” he told Angie. “Especially if you sit down and be like, ‘Look, I’m [going to] really be in this relationship with you, past whatever the case, past our busy schedules, past us being two of the biggest artists. I really care about her.”

In related news, Rihanna’s fourth album, “Rated R” is poised to hit stores November 23rd. The LP’s first single, “Russian Roulette” leaked a few weeks ago. The second single, “Wait Your Turn,” will be available on iTunes tomorrow. See below for a full listing of Rihanna’s “Rated R.”

Soulja Boy Writes For Rihanna

Soulja Boy Writes For Rihanna

On the cusp of releasing three mixtapes on Halloween, Soulja Boy Tell Em’ sat down with XXLMag.com to speak on working with Rihanna and dropping three mixtapes on Halloween (October 31st).

As previously reported, Kanye West has tapped Soulja Boy to produce on his upcoming project. Now, word is Rihanna has also enlisted SB’s talent for her forthcoming album, Rated R.

“Her album dropping on [November] 23rd so I got like less than a couple hours to get this joint turned in,” Soulja told XXL. “I’m writing the actual song.”

Following in Gucci Mane’s footsteps, who dropped three mixtapes in one earlier this month, SB will be released three mixtapes tomorrow- Cortez, DatPiff and Paranormal Activity. To let him tell it, it’s not a waste to throw out so much music within a 24-hour span.

“This is what I do,” SB told XXL. “I make music. I make money. I travel the world. I make business decisions and take things to the next level. But why three mixtapes? Because I dont wan’t to just put one mixtape out. I done did that before with like one every week or something like that but I don’t want people to just judge one mixtape like, ‘Oh, I give that four stars.’ I just want to put so much out that you just going to have to mess with one of those tapes.”
