Irvine, Owner/Operator
Since 1959, Joe has overseen all the operations of the company,
from our Septic Maintenance, Repairs and Title 5 Certifications, to the Trucking
and Construction, installing both new and replacement septic systems, municipal sewers and water services. The company works
in both residential and commercial fields. Joe continues his watch and leadership
to the company today.
Susan (Irvine) Costanza, Vice President/Treasurer
A graduate of Hopkinton High School and Northeastern University Alumni she oversees all financial operations of the company. She is in charge of job contracting, purchasing, advertisement, human resources, DOT regulations, licensing
and permitting. She works closely with various local and state departments in
the surrounding areas.
Michael Torosian, Foreman
Mike has been with the company since 1987. He is a Certified DEP Title
5 Inspector, CDL Licensed and has Installer Licenses in several surrounding communities.
