BBH TOURS has coordinated
multiday, multistate tours to Chicago, Altanta, New York , Philadelphia, Virigina, Canada, and throughout Maryland.
BBH TOURS and the African American Tourism Council of MD have spearheaded
several important Black History initiatives within the State of Maryland. In 2003, we assisted Brain Robinson to create
the Afr-Am History Society of Western Maryland.

The 8th Annual Harriet Tubman Day [March 10th] will
be a statewide tribute to the Life and Legacy of Harriet Tubman. Tubman Day 2007 events will be held in several
Maryland counties beginning on February 29 and ending on March 30th, 2008.
Tubman Day in Maryland was created in March 2000 by an act of the Maryland General Assembly of the
request of Louis Fields, President of the African American Tourism Council of MD and Baltimore Black Heritage Tours.

The Frederick Douglass Freedom & Heritage
Trail and Underground Railroad Tour in Baltimore is avaiable as a walking or driving tour. In includes a stop at the
new Douglass Museum and the new Lewis Museum in Inner Baltimore. Douglass lived in Baltimore as a slave from 1826-1838. He
built five townhouses adjacent to where BBH TOURS led the effort for the City of Baltimore to erect four historical signs
