The Pennsylvania Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans (Lee's Keystone Division) held its annual conference at Hoss's Steak House in Gettysburg on Saturday, May 13, 2006. The purpose of the annual conference was to discuss business of the division, make plans for the upcoming year, and discuss and make division policy. The outgoing Division Commander, Michael Duminiak, presided.

The East Brigade was represented by officers and members from the three camps comprising the brigade: J.E.B. Stuart Camp 1506; W. Baxter Perkinson Camp 1926; and Lieutenant General John C. Pemberton Camp 2060.

During the conference elections were held for division and brigade officers for 2006 – 2008. The election results were as follows:

* [Note: Danny Ellenburg's election to Lt. Commander was ruled void by the Division Commander on May 19, 2006 due to a deficiency in time-in-service requirement as mandated by Article IV, Secion 1 of the Division Constitution. The Lt. Commander position was vacated, and Dan was subsequently appointed to the position of Division 2nd Lt. Commander.]
