The general idea here is to put as much information for the New Pilot in one easy to understand and find place. We hope to bring the Pro’s and the New Pilots together to share information and aide in New Pilot questions. The writing style in this post is loose and meant to be bit humorous not to be just a dry how to manual.

A red letter day!

Ok Today was a good one I have finally gotten the walkera Dragonfly 36 that has been tormenting me for weeks now into the air and back to mother earth with out breaking anything. It was windy here today and even with the wind blowing 10-15kts. with higher gusts, I managed a short but very sweet hover. I feared this was an illusion so I sit it back down to lower my pulse rate and jump for joy. Today made me think of the old train that was climbing a steep hill saying to it's self I think I can I think I can I know I can or the old saying try try, try again. For me these silly old words ring loud and clear with a valuable lesson. Beleive in yourself and never give up! the pay off will mean so much more to you in the end!

A work in progress

Please bear with my mess, I'll do my best to improve this nest! there are many ideas I have for this sight, but I'm open to each of you summiting stories about heli's and funny happenings, (if I can't edit it don't send it) Blog comments, ( most have and authors tag) topic Ideas and or page requests, Links to good Heli related info., Photos of great heli shots, (must be fee free photosand no copy rights)

I will be adding some form of video clips soon. Also, addtional info. on safety page and so much more. So don't miss upcoming addtions and return often.

opening salvo!

Hi everyone!

I as the creator hold toll control over this blog, For I'm lord and master of my domain. As I gain info. and input I'll make blog postings. There are links to past posting for your reviewing. My aim here is help with questions I have had, that you may share and there by easing all the unknowns to this hobby with less cost and pain. I'd like all to avoid the pit falls I had to take to get here!
