My family has been involved in tuning and pipe organ restoration
for almost a century.I discovered as a young men that most of
the tools are handmade and improved with time.
Eventualy came up with a design that everyone
seems to
like, a nicely turned rosewood handle with finger grip and brass
ferrule. A thin body and a nice striking surface for tuning, size
depends on individuals but usually around 12 to 15 inches long.
Made so really long ones as well up to about 24 inches.
