Fasika keeps current on the offerings of Surgent McCoy, the AICPA, state societies and other providers of CPE. If
you need an up-to-date presentation on a subject not listed above, Fasika will be glad to help you locate a program
or to arrange one for you.

Tysons Westpark Hotel: From the Capital Beltway (I-495) take Exit 47 onto Leesburg Pike (Rte 7W).
At the 6th traffic light turn right onto Westpark Drive and into the Tysons Westpark Hotel on your right. 8401 Westpark

CANCELLATION POLICY
We think knowledge is what makes you great and so we hope you will never cancel a class We of
course realize that "something may come up" and so we have several options for your convenience.
- You can transfer your enrollment to another one of our courses at no charge.
- You can substitute somebody else to take the seminar in place of you.
- If you drop out of the course nine (9) or more days before the course is offered, we will be happy to give
you a refund less a $50 enrollment fee.
If you must drop out in the eight (8) days before the program is offered, please understand that we have already
assigned Instructors, acquired books, lined up space, processed your credit card and made plans because we take our obligation
to you seriously. While we can't give a refund, we will be glad without charge to let you take another course, or let
a colleague attend in your place. If you can't attend but would like to get the book or manual given as part of the
program, just let us know.
All cancellations, transfers and substitutions must be in writing. (Fax and email are just
fine.) If you are sending a colleague in your place, please provide his/her phone number and email address so we may
confirm their attendance and arrange for proper CPE credit.
