Welcome to our web site!
We offer seminars, training, etc. on a variety of economic, financial, and accounting
matters. Among other programs, we prepare students to pass the CPA and CMA Exams. We work with the Greater
Washington Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants and various other organizations
to present a variety of Continuing Professional Education courses.
We will also be pleased to work with you to design and manage web sites and to help you with the internet.
We also testify on a number of financial and accounting matters: bankruptcy cases, divorce, public utility regulation,
share-based compensation, derivatives, SOX etc.
