From North of Boston
93 South to exit 31 (Rte 16 East - Revere). At bottom of ramp bear right, and continue to bear right through FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT. At next traffic light take a right onto MYSTIC AVENUE. VFW Post 1012 is 3/10 of a mile up on your right.

From South of Boston
93 North to Exit 29 (Everett-Somerville-Rte. 28/38). Proceed down the exit ramp staying in the left hand lane straight through the set of lights. Continue straight until you reach UOE:D sign. At yield sign, continue straight onto Mystic Avenue. Follow Mystic Avenue through 3 lights (approx. 2 miles), and the VFW Post 1012 will be on your right.
