TSARM Conduct Guidelines
TSARM is about sharing, respecting others and
just plain old fun… By becoming a registered member of
the TSARM community it is understood that the following CONDUCT
guidelines are to be adhered to at all times.
The following will not be tolerated:
1) Non-civility and disrespect towards fellow
members, moderators, Ricky and all who are close to him.
2) Threatening, flaming, hateful posts directed
at fellow members, moderators, Ricky and all who are close to
him.
3) Personal insults including religious, ethnic
and sexual slurs.
It is also understood that the following CONTENT
guidelines are to be adhered to at all times. Posts that do
not conform to the set guidelines will be deleted, edited or
moved.
1) No sexually explicit words or sentences.
2) No illegal content or profanity.
3) No spamming in any form.
In addition:
TSARM is not responsible for information of
any kind posted on the forum. Members are responsible for obtaining
permission for posting information from its original poster,
if applicable. We ask all members to put credit with the things
they post, however, we will not be monitoring the board for
other fan sites.
You are free to copy any information from here
and post it on other Ricky Martin forums/websites, when you
give credit to the original poster. Our intention at TSARM is,
and will always be, to share things about Ricky Martin with
all other fans. We DO ask you to respect requests by any member
who asks that their post or the information within the post
NOT be posted elsewhere.
Remember that when you post something at another
forum, THAT forum’s policy applies to you and to the information
you post.
Consequences of not staying within the guidelines
are as follows:
A warning will be given for conduct and/or content
detrimental to the TSARM community and the offending posts will
be deleted. Every effort will be made to contact the individual
in question. If there is no email address and the Private Message
feature is not enabled then a post asking the individual to
make contact will be made in the Treasure Chest forum. If possible,
a warning will be given, but at the discretion of the Administrators,
the consequence for conduct/content offenses may be immediate
banning of the member from the message board. A total of 3 warnings
for separate incidents can also be a reason for banning.
If any attempt is made to disrupt the TSARM
community by registering a new username, that individual will
be banned without warning.
If you see another poster violating these guidelines,
it is wise to ignore the post and notify a moderator. Debating
with a hostile poster about their behavior leads to thread degeneration
and bad feelings all around. Personal conflicts are to be resolved
through email or private messages (EZ Inbox).
TSARM reserves the right to delete or edit any
post not in accordance with these guidelines.
