Pet Behavior Counseling services are available by e-mail, by telephone, by videotape evaluation, in a PBC office, and/or by in-home consultation where a PBC representative is available.  All services are charged by the hour and/or fraction of an hour after the first hour of consultation (one hour minimum).   WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASES THAT HAVE BEEN COURT ORDERED AND/OR LEGAL ACTION IS PENDING.

The initial $100 fee is for the review of the questionnaire that you will be asked to complete and to hold an appointment time.  It is not refundable.  Thereafter, the fee is $100 / hour.

After reviewing your questionnaire and other paperwork, your PBC Behavioral Specialist will discuss with you what the next steps will be and the fee arrangements.   Most initial evaluations take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours and do not exceed $250 including the inital fee to hold your appointment unless it is an in your home appointment.  Travel time and travel expenses would be additional charges.
