USER AGREEMENT

RabbitWise®'s Bunderground Railroad (BGRR) website contains informational content and links about transporting rabbits in emergency situations by volunteers. It is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access but is designed for use only by rabbit rescue organizations and individuals in the USA. Access to and use of RW'sBGRR Website and services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark.

By accessing the RW'sBGRR Website and/or services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions in this user agreement, and you hereby waive any and all claims against RabbitWise®, INC., RabbitWise®'s Bunderground Railroad, their affiliates, representatives, volunteers, Advisory Board, Board of Directors, volunteer staff, State Coordinators, and/or Conductors arising from your use of RWBGRR and the information contained therein. You also hereby waive any and all claims against RabbitWise®, INC., RabbitWise®'s Bunderground Railroad, their affiliates, representatives, volunteers, Advisory Board, Board of Directors, volunteer staff, State Coordinators, and/or Conductors arising from your use of RWsBGRR services including but not limited to vechicular accidents, breakdowns, damage to persons or property, injury, or death of human and/or animal; from any injury and/or health hazard to yourself, persons with whom you are in contact, locations you contact, from transported animals including but not limited to bites, scratches, contagion, and/or contamination, damage to any and all property resulting from the animals.

RabbitWise® INC. and RW'sBGRR reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Change to this agreement will be documented on this page. By using RW'sBGRR Website and/or services, you agree in advance to be bound by all of the charges as well.

The content contained on RW'sBGRR Website including, without limitation, all programs, scripting, formatting, web site architecture, all editorial materials, informational text, photographs, illustrations, and other graphic materials, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of RW'sBGRR, its linked organizations, developers, or licensors and are protected by patent, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to anyone without the express prior written consent of RabbitWise® or RW'sBGRR, its linked organizations, developer and/or licensor.

RW'sBGRR Website may contain information, facts and/or opinions from various individuals and organizations. RabbitWise®, INC and RW'sBGRR AND their affiliates, representatives, volunteers, Advisory Board, Board of Directors, volunteer staff, State Coordinators, and/or Conductors cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of, or otherwise adopt or endorse, any opinions or recommendations on RW'sBGRR Website, nor any of their affiliates, representatives, volunteers, Advisory Board, Board of Directors, volunteer staff, State Coordinators, and/or Conductors shall be liable to any Website user, organization and/or individual using RW'sBGRR services or anyone else for any loss, death, or injury to you or any animal or person that is being transporting, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, RW'sBGRR Website and the information contained on the Web site or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information contained in the Website.

Any questions or comments regarding RW'sBGRR Website, the information contained therein, and/or services should be directed to rabbitwise@verizon.net at RabbitWise® INC. Any communication or material transmitted to RabbitWise® and/or RW'sBGRR via the RW'sBGRR Website or Internet e-mail is transmitted on a non-confidential basis.

In the event that the rabbit(s) being transported by Conductors volunteering for RabbitWise®'s INC Bundgerground Railroad (RWBGRR) become ill and require(s) veterinary care, I authorize the conductors to take the rabbit(s) named by their identification marking ________________ to a qualified veterinarian or emergency animal hospital. I further authorize treatment to be given, however not to exceed $_________________.

I acknowledge by signing below that I (Name)____________________________ will be wholly financially responsible for all care given due to pre-existing conditions I may or may not have been aware of.

In the event that a State Coordinator, Conductor, or other RWBRR staff person is unable to reach me in a timely manner, I authorize the transporter(s) to make any emergency decisions necessary.

RabbitWise® INC and RWBGRR does not insure against illness or injury. You are personally responsible for the cost of any veterinary care incurred while the rabbit(s) is under our supervision. Every effort is made to ensure the rabbit's health and comfort, but many older rabbits, or rabbits who are not in good health, may have problems that are exacerbated by transport. This may be due to a pre-existing condition or one that develops during the trip.

Signing below signifies that you have read this document and agree to hold RabbitWise® and/or RWBGRR harmless for any illness or the death of any rabbit(s)due to illness incurred during or after the transport.
