Stephanie Farha, O.D.
Dr. Stephanie Farha is from Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Human Biology degree in 2004. She then attended Indiana University School of Optometry, where she received her Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2009. She is a member of Gold Key Honor Society. Melissa Graves, O.D.
Dr. Melissa Graves was born in Atlanta, GA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry and received her Doctor of Optometry Degree in 2009. She is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa. Jeremy Walz, O.D.
Dr. Jeremy Walz is from Slidell, Louisiana. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. In 2009, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. He is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa.
