Chamber filterpresses FKM with upper suspension of polypropylene
filtering plates are designed for separation of difficult-to-filtrate
slurries into solid and liquid phase . Filterpresses
FKM find application in chemical, mining, coal, petrochemical,
ceramic, sugar, food and other industries, as well as
for dewatering of industrial and domestic sewage.
Filterpress comprises set of polypropylene plates ,
production of “Lenzer” (Germany), suspended by means
of special brackets onto the upper bar, pressure and
thrust plates, plates shifting device and clamping unit
, automatic control system, gate valves . Filter is
equipped with light curtain.

Filterpresses
are manufactured on the basis of filtering plates with
the following dimensions : 1200 x 1200 mm, 1500 x 1500
mm, 1500 x 2000 mm.
Filtering area of the filterpress – from 50 up to 500
m2. Material of parts contacting with the product
– GOST 5632-72, polypropylene.
