MINING AND TUNNELING MACHINERY KS-2U/40 These machines are designed to mechanize the loading of the blasted rock into shaft vehicles while sinking vertical shafts of 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 m in diameter. The muckers are used in combination with various systems of sinking equipment applied in coal, ore mining and shale industries while driving shafts with drilling and blasting method. As an option they are completed with the mounted drilling unit BUKS-1u5 enabling to mechanize such a laborious operation of a technological cycle as the blasthole drilling.
