MINING AND TUNNELING MACHINERY TITAN_1M The pneumatic stowing set of equipment "TITAN-1M" is designed to mechanize stowing operations while driving seam development mine workings which adjacent to faces including the double entry workings driven by the wide face and also while coal winning in faces with solid stowing or partial backfill of the goaf. The equipment set may be employed in mine development workings of any form with any supports at any ripping of adjoining rock with the finished cross-section till setting minimum 8.5 sq. m and the height from the rail heads minimum 2.66 m in seams with the thickness 0.6 m minimum, in rocks with the lump size up to 400 mm, rock hardness up to 100 MPa and rock abrasivity up to 35 mg, with the supply voltage of 660 V and frequency of 50 Hz in mines with hazardous concentration of gas (methane) or coal dust and gauge of 900 or 600 mm. The equipment set is available in two versions. The equipment set with one compressor and a stowing pipe line of 170 mm in diameter ("TITAN-1M" version) is intended for use mainly while driving seam development mine workings adjacent tofaces, the ripped rock being located in the pack of the longwall adjacent to the goaf. The equipment set with two compressors and a stowing pipe line of 195 mm in diameter ("TITAN-1M-01" version) is intended for use mainly at solid stowing or partial backfill of the face goaf when using imported rock at the pack width of up to 120 m and the daily volume of stowing up to 172 m3.
