damages. If the contractor does not have adequate insurance, you may be liable for any damages that occur during the
project.

with the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts, HIC Registration number 146331.
Why do business with a registered contractor? According to
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if you do business with an unregistered or unlicensed contractor and then have a dispute,
you are EXCLUDED from reimbursement from the Guaranty Fund. The Guaranty Fund was created as a fund of last resort for consumers
who have an unpaid final judgment of up to $10,000 against a contractor. Click on one
