I built this site and will update it with pictures of my new pieces of sculpture.
TECHNICAL methods have
changed, as I use more thin 16 gauge, 1/16",
1/8", and not the 1/4" or more thick steel plate as my medium for metal sculpture.
The subject of my pieces will change.
DESIGN continues as Expressionistic or Abstract.
I attempt to please the sensory aspects of viewing,
focusing on sensory over the intellectual response.
You should be able to "get it immediately".
Inherent in the pieces are: simplicity, straight forward
use of form & materials.
I continue to refine my metal working skills for a more
"finished" appearance.
I build my own wooden bases.
