We get to run Heat races again (yay) and you would have thought it was the feature the way a few were banging around in the first two laps. Having zero crew members to help me fix my car in between the heats and feature in the even of an incident translates into me letting them damage each other and staying in the top 8. The lineup for the feature does not change anyway..

     Again we had to battle that first turn sun though a few of us are probably better off not knowing what happens in front of them anyway.. I lost track of how many cautions, I bleieve it was four or five.. I restarted third twice and fourth 2 or 3 times.  Had a couple cars (guys I didn't think would do this to me) dive bomb to my inside and use me up in the turn and also make me the meat in the sandwich. Which a couple cars out there I anticipate it anyway, just didn't expect it from a couple that did do it.. I'll just have to do a better job of expecting it I guess.. ;-)

     Was going around the 4th place car with less than 2 laps to go and they got loose in the middle and ran me way out and in the last lap and a half and 3 cars went past me.. but at least the car seems to be handling better, in the middle of the corner definitely anyway...

     I think the biggest problem I have now is switchin from 3:73 to 3:42's... That and it's just about tire time... ugh...

 

     All in all just happy to finish the race in one piece. Lots of beatin and banging out there last night. As always as the season ticks on and the temperatures rise, tempers seem to be reaching their boiling point on the race track.. Probably only a few weeks away from spilling into the pits too lol...

 

     Who knows, after everyone else in the division wins a race and I start first, everyone else will have to start 10th or back.. I'll have 9 imaginary cars around me racing, maybe I can pull of a win...
