Below is a picture of township cuisine. These are known as "smileys". They are made from a goat's head which is split
down the middle and opened up. The brains are removed and it is cooked. One half of the jawbone is visible on either side.
These were selling for 10 rand.

And just a few minutes away...a mall to meet your every need. There were sneakers in here for sale that were equal to
twice the average Langa resident's monthly salary.
