BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
We have updated all Local Memorandum of Understandings on the website with the exception of the Hackensack stations; that agreement will be posted very soon. Ridgefield Park’s agreement has been sent to Impasse but remains in effect until further notice. The By-Laws posted on this website are those of the now defunct Branch 3540 and will also soon be updated to reflect the changes since the merger with Branch 425.
