We found this Klax JAMMA machine in our local paper for $150. Unfortunatly we were unable to get a history from the guy
we bought it from.

This machine had a badly burnt in screen that only worked when it wanted to. The cabinet had seen better days. The plastic
around the controls was burned and cracked. This machine came with all keys and working coin mechs.

I opened this machine I discovered that the power supply had been replaced with a non-Atari power supply. That itself was
not bad but it was not secured to the cabinet in any way.

I cleaned all the contacts in the wiring harnesses, adjusted the monitor, set her to free play, changed the plastic around
the controls and changed the bulbs in the coin mech and she was ready to go.

The screen can still be a little touchy at times. If the machine is not banged around it is very reliable. At some point
I would like to just put in a new monitor but that time hasen't come. Maybe once the current monitor quits for good.
