Janet Marsico
Janet recently won the INBF Naturalmania National Figure Championships. She is a current
WNBF Professional Figure competitor and competed in the 2004 WNBF World Professional Figure Championships. (click here for pictures)
Janet is currently the Head Judge and Fitness Coordinator for Natural Bodybuilding, Inc.,
She has been judging for over twelve (12) years.
Janet is the founder
and owner of The Figure Workshop, held in White Plains,
New York and has an extensive competitive background in figure, fitness, dance and bodybuilding.

In past years Janet competed in the Fitness America Nationals 3 years in
a row. She was an NPC Fitness competitor and worked exclusively with Muscles In Motion dance troupe.
Janet is a former WWF Monday Night Raw Ring Girl. She has also competed in NPC
and ANPPC bodybuilding shows, winning several titles in both bodybuilding, figure and fitness.
