We developed a unique software program designed to determine the best and worst poker hands. Using our player information, it works quickly to list all possible winners, from a Royal Strait Flush to Ace High and below.

Results are verified and so are the players!

True Story: After spending a few hours at the final stop of a poker run a few years back, someone in our group asked loudly "Who won anyway?"  A nearby biker shouts "Two Jacks".  "Two Jacks?" said my friend...  "No way...I had Queens!"  "No...a pair of Jacks took it" says another biker.  So naturally we started looking for the organizers of the run.  We weren't sure who to speak to...and everyone we pleaded with just shrugged their shoulders.  Needless to say... we left disappointed... shaking our heads and vowing never to do that run again !

Player names are recorded into our database during sign in.  Player’s cards along with their checkpoints are recorded during final card...and user friendly reports are posted at Final Stop.

Multiple Poker Run Database:
5 Cards $129.95

Record First and Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Fees and 5 Cards (Wild Card versions - replace 1 card).  Your Name or Organization's Name is incorporated into the program and we provide Liability Waiver and Tally Sheet for use at Sign In.  Our Poker Run database allows Cards and Fees to be reset for each new Run.  Players can be deleted, stored as inactive, or remain as current Players within your database.

MS Access 2000 or higher is required to run our database programs.  Access is available through Microsoft Office Products and must be purchased separately.
An abbreviated demo file can be sent as an attachment and downloaded from email.  Customized Database Programs are built to order and may need up to 3 weeks for completion.
