January 14, Sunday - 2pm Annual meeting will be held at association's hall. All members are encouraged to attend.
January 21, Sunday - 1pm Members come join us for the installation of our Women's League officers at association's hall.
Buffet lunch will be serve following ceremony.
The long awaited installation of the 2007 New York Yee Fong Toy Association Women's

February 2007
February 11th, Sunday 1-3pm Today till the 25th, tickets for the New Year/Spring Banquet will be sold and given out for
the March 10th event. The $20/person tickets are on a first come first served basis. Restrictions apply, so stop by association's
hall for more details. Also good time to pay this year's membership dues.
February 18th, Sunday - Chinese Lunar New Year (4705). Gung Hay Fat Choy (Year of the Pig).
Come down to see a special performance, courtesy of Yee's Hung-Ga Kung Fu Academy, founded by Master
Frank Yee (Yee Chi Wai) at 10:30am in front of association's hall at 81 Bayard St. Dragon and lion teams will dance along
with a Hung-Ga demonstration. Members can stop by also to get your hong bao/lai see (red envelope/lucky money).
March 2007
March 4th, Sunday- The Women's Leaque will celebrate the March 8th Women's Day today by having a luncheon at 1pm. All
are invited to this first event.
March 10th, Saturday - Assocation's Chinese Lunar New Year/Spring Banquet to celebrate the Chinese
Lunar New Year and to honor senior members. Buffet lunch following ancestor ritual at 12:30pm
at association's hall and banquet at 6pm at Jing Fong Restaurant, 20 Elizabeth Street, NY 10013. Members join us to welcome
our cousins from Ma, Tse and Boston's chapter during our luncheon.
March 25th, Sunday - Ching Ming, a time to respect our ancestors. The association is going to Mt. Pleasant and Cypress
Hill Cemeteries. Transportation will leave 12 noon, those interested should stop by office for more information and signup.
Our Spring Banquet to celebrate the Chinese New Year and to honor senior members were

May 2007
May 20th, Sunday - Noon Luncheon. Members, please come to our association's hall and join us to celebrate cousin
Lai Sun Yee recent appointment by Governor Spitzer as Assistant Deputy Secretary for Criminal Justice. We will have a members
meeting following this event.
On May 20th, a celebration luncheon was given for Lai Sun Yee for her recent appointment as Assistant
Deputy Secretary for Criminal Justice by New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer. Lai Sun was joined by over 100 attendees as

June 3,10,17,24 Sundays - Annual picnic tickets will be sold till June 24 unless sold out for Blackbeard's Cave
Amusement. Come in for more details and to pick up this year's scholarship applications. Applications need to be return with
original report cards for 06-07 school year no later than July 29, 3pm.

July 14th, Saturday - 8:30am Annual Picnic to Blackbeard's Cave, Bayville, NJ. Meet buses in front of American
Legion Blding, 191 Canal St, between Mott & Mulberry St. Buses leave at 9AM. Return buses leaves Blackbeard at 4:30PM
sharp. Be on time.
August 2007
August 19th Sunday- Scholarship award ceremony day. Program will begin at noon with customary ceremony at association's
hall. Award ceremony will continue at 1pm at Chinese Community Center, 62 Mott St. Lunch will be served following presentation
of awards.

September 16th, Sunday - Members, comes join us 12noon for a buffet luncheon to celebrate the Mid-August Moon Festival
at association's hall. We hope you will not be disappointed.

November 11th, Sunday - 12noon. Members are invited to join our annual Thanksgiving luncheon.
November 25th, Sunday- 2pm. General members meeting, nominations will be taken for new officers for 2008.
December 2007
December 9th, Sunday - 9am to 4pm. Members are invited to come to our assocation's hall to cast your vote for 2008
officers. Ballots will be tally and results announced.
December 30th, Sunday - 1pm. Installation of 2008 officers. Come down to meet the newly elected officers -
lunch will be provided.
