What is the SCA?

The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is a non-profit educational organization devoted to the study of pre-seventeenth century Western culture. The SCA is similar in many ways to Revolutionary War and other living history organizations. Members of the SCA seek to learn about and recreate the arts and skills of the Medieval time period.

Meetings:

Business meetings are held in the upstairs room of the Pleasant Valley Library on the first Wednesday of every month at 7pm. All are welcome, come in garb if you like. Please email one of the officers below for more information, directions or to confirm that month's meeting. The Seneschal (local chapter president), Lady Alistrina de Mann, can also be reached by phone at (845) 229-1578.

Arts and Science meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at Dofinn and Thora's home. Contact them for directions and more information.
