All matches for 2010 have been approved.  Now taking reservations.  Reservations lists will be listed for each match.  Standby lists will not be listed and a reminder email will sent approximately 2 weeks prior to each match regarding positions opening up.

The match bulletin is listed below the changes paragraph.

Changes for 2010:

1.        Matches fees are cheaper.  We call this the Fairfax Rod & Gun Club Economic Stimulus Plan.  Fees are now $10 per gun for all 2700 matches, except for the Regional which is $12.00 per gun.  There is no minimum of guns (1 or 2 or 3) for any match.  EIC fee is $10 (CMP’s registration fee).  Distinguished Revolver fee is zero unless NRA starts charging a registration fee.  Accordingly, there will be no discount schedule for cops, geezers, insiders, or whippersnappers as last year.

2.       No certificates this year.  Much too expensive and time-consuming.

3.       Only award winners will be notified by mail.  Results will be posted on the web site at:  http://www.fxrgc.org  (click on Bullseye Pistol).

4.       The Northern Virginia Regional Championship in September is one day only (Sunday) and not both days of the weekend as in the past.  The state championship in June remains 2 days and in June.

5.       Revolvers for the Distinguished Revolver matches at the state and regional matches may be available from other shooters.  Ammo may be available from other shooters and some will be available AT CURRENT COMMERCIAL PRICES (in order to replace it).

6.   No squadding - first come - first served for all positions.
