Susan Baer - the first woman to manage
an airport for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, spoke at our General Meeting Friday, March 17th. She was
appointed General Manager of Newark Liberty International and Teterboro Airports in June 1998, following four years of service
as General Manager of LaGuardia Airport. As General Manager, Ms. Baer is responsible for a staff of 500 and an operating budget
of nearly $300 million, directing the daily operations of the region's busiest airport.
