REBUILDING OF THIS DAM, at outlet of Sunset Lake, is expected to result in large recreational development of the area in the Alton Mountain section. The $25,000 project is to be carried out next year by the state Fish and Game Department. Mountain residents of long bygone days augmented their meat diet with plenty of fish caught here. (Earl O. Anderson Photo)
