Chinese New Year - Every two years, we host a townwide dinner party to celebrate Chinese New Year. A buffet dinner with a wide selection
of favorite Chinese entrees catered by a local restaurant is served. After the dinner, there are performances such
as traditional acrobatics, dances, musical instruments, martial arts.
The year 2006 Chinese New Year Dinner Party was a big success. Tickets
were sold out a week before the event. We are getting many positive feedbacks from the community. Many wish that this event
be held annually. We should not forget that the reason for such successful event is the hard-work of the CAAL members.
Some of the CAAL members volunteer much of their time and their dedication deserves our admiration.
