URLRedirector is a dynamic real-time URL redirector that allows users to use a fixed, unchanging URL to go to the website on your computer, even though the IP address of your computer may be constantly changing.  Other URL redirectors may take several minutes to update your URL.  After it detects that your computer's IP address has changed, URLRedirector can redirect your URL in only a few seconds!

Every 10 seconds, URLRedirector checks to see whether your computer’s internet IP address has changed, and if it has, URLRedirector updates a redirect link at a fixed Internet location (your "referral site").  This allows users to access your website on your computer using a static URL.  The referral site can be wherever you specify, but an ideal place is the free web space your ISP probably provides. (If your website is small enough to fit in this web space, then, of course, you don't need URLRedirector.)

REQUIREMENTS
     *  URLRedirector runs under Windows XP.  The Professional version is recommended
         because that version includes the IIS Web server and Frontpage extensions.

     *  The computer on which URLRedirector runs must be connected to the internet, either
         directly or through a router.  In either case, there must be no intervening proxy server.
         If the connection to the internet is through a router, the router must have virtual server
         capability.

     *  Your referral site must be FTP accessible.
