Trick or Treat in the PA 154th.
As we near election day candidate Anderson wants
to remind voters that 'Pay Raise Scandal' did happen. It is not a figment of our imagination. "Curry voted for
the pay raise and he accepted it. It is irrelevant whether he sponsored legislation to repeal it or whether he returned
the money. It was reckless disregard for a law which says that legislators can not accept a pay raise in the middle
of their term.
What ever happened to retirement at age
65 ?" says Anderson.
"Curry wanted to scrap the entire property tax
system and replace it with an income tax. But wait..., that's too unrealistic and what happened ? He voted my
position as espoused in the spring voters guide.
And just as confusing, representative Curry has
voted to raise the state income tax every chance he has had while immersing himself in special interest programs. It's time
for change. This can't be what you folks want."
