Delegate Spot Eludes Anderson in 2008
Hoping to be a Delegate to the Republican Convention Anderson circulates his petition but abandons the bid after gathering only 28 signatures.  "CTRO is reorganizing and I must respect the judgement of Chairman Gil Cox in this matter" states Anderson.  "Perhaps, it will be me as a guest this year at the convention.  I am grateful for the support of my neighbors to once again be their committeeman in 2009-2010."

Anderson Urges Attendence at CTRO Fundraiser
It has been years of turmoil for local republicans.  It is now important for us to rally around our candidates of the future and fund our organization.  This late summer brunch at LuLu Country Club will be an opportunity for us to not only honor Robert Gerhard for his years of service but to look forward and plan. Please plan to attend Sun. Sept 9, 2007 at LuLu Country Club, 1600 Limekiln Pike, North Hills, PA 19038 at 12:00 noon, cost $50.00.

Anderson Concedes Defeat In PA 154th Election
Folks, it wasn't the contest that I had hoped for this year.  Uncertified results say that your candidate Anderson gathered only 5850 votes (22%) compared to 20,743 for Curry (78%).  Registration numbers, the Iraq War, and Rendell's popularity among the pro-choice women seem to have carried the ticket for the Democrats in the PA 154th.  My thanks to all who voted for me and the Republican ticket.

Trick or Treat in the PA 154th.
As we near election day candidate Anderson wants to remind voters that 'Pay Raise Scandal' did happen.  It is not a figment of our imagination.  "Curry voted for the pay raise and he accepted it.  It is irrelevant whether he sponsored legislation to repeal it or whether he returned the money.  It was reckless disregard for a law which says that legislators can not accept a pay raise in the middle of their term.
What ever happened to retirement at age 65 ?" says Anderson.
"Curry wanted to scrap the entire property tax system and replace it with an income tax.  But wait..., that's too unrealistic and what happened ?  He voted my position as espoused in the spring voters guide.
And just as confusing, representative Curry has voted to raise the state income tax every chance he has had while immersing himself in special interest programs. It's time for change.  This can't be what you folks want."

Anderson Challenges Curry to Take Action on PHEAA Scandal
As if it weren't bad enough that more than 75% of college students (90% where I attended) need some sort of financial aid, now they have turned the PHEAA into an administrative 'Pork Barrel'. As a member of the education committee in Harrisburg what is Curry doing ?
We all know education is big business in the PA 154th.  It's cost is reflected in our local school tax bills whether we have children attending our not.  Let's ask for a leaner, fairer management at PHEAA.  Do they really need those huge bonuses to attract executives ?
